What provisions do you make for participants with particular requirements?

We want to provide for your particular requirements, with regard to access, diet, easy-read information, etc. Please speak to us prior to the training event.

What is not included in the training cost?

• Cost of the venue or refreshments - these should be provided by the commissioning organisation

• Trainers' expenses incurred as part of the training event

What is included in the training cost?

What does the cost of the OPEN COURSES include?

• venue and refreshments

• residential accommodation (where applicable... see specific course details for more information)

What does the commissioning organisation need to do, prior to the delivery of a training event?

• Ensure that the participants are familiar with the content of the programme

• Confirm with ourselves the number and names of participants, prior to the training event and any particular requirements

• Organise the venue and refreshments

 

What are your terms and conditions?

Course provision

In order to respond rapidly to changes in market demand Tina Training Initiatives reserves the right to alter its course content and/or trainer after discussion with the commissioning organisation.


Course notes and training

Tina Training Initiatives' course notes and training cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Tina Training Initiatives nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for the actions of delegates, or those of other people reading the course notes, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the course content or the course notes.

In-house training

Unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate there may occasionally be circumstances in which the commissioning organisation may need to cancel a training event. If such an occasion should arise we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates.

Our cancellation fees are as follows: 
Within 7 days 100%
Within 14 days 50% ............. of course costs.

If necessary, we may need to charge for any expenses inccurred in relation to the cancellation of a training event, for example unused train tickets and hotel bookings, where refunds are unavailable.

Open courses

We require the full course fee to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Please contact us if your cicumstances change and you are no longer able to attend the training event as we will reimburse the fee if we are able to substitute you on the course.

Insurance

Tina Training Initiatives are fully covered with professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

There are reduced rates on some of the courses for voluntary organisations. How do we know if we qualify for these?
