Reporting and Record Keeping

Reporting and Record Keeping

This one day course will provide clear information about the basics of reporting and record keeping and encourage participants to develop the necessary practical skills to support each other.

The importance of sharing information is highlighted in a number of recent governemment initiatives (particularly with regard to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults).

The emphasis will be on developing a team approach to effective record keeping and reporting. We will aim to recognise employees' legitimate and diverse support needs and encourage systems to ensure that those needs are addressed.

We will promote an open and relaxed atmosphere in which to explore and begin to practise effective written communication skills and alternative means of recording and sharing information.

The day will include a number of interactive exercises and participants will have the opportunity to address individual and organisational requirements for future development.
